1. Agreement to Terms

By using our Service, Aurelia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by INVESTMENT EMERITA OÜ (Registry Code: 17136548), located at Tornimäe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju County, 10145, Estonia.

2. The Service

Aurelia is an intelligent management platform for fleets and operations. The Service allows you to manage incidents, drivers, vehicles, and analyze operational data, including through the use of AI-powered features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

4. Customer Data

You retain all ownership rights to your Customer Data (incident reports, fleet data, images, etc.). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit your Customer Data as necessary to provide and maintain the Service for you. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of your Customer Data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
  • Upload any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Fees and Payment

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page or in a separate agreement with us. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of INVESTMENT EMERITA OÜ and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall INVESTMENT EMERITA OÜ, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
